Located in the heart of Downtown Milford, Union 212 is a beautifully restored event venue owned and operated by SRG Hospitality Group. Originally built in 1865 as a church and later home to a Masonic Temple, the space blends historic character with timeless design to create a truly unique setting for weddings, showers, corporate gatherings, celebrations, and private events.
Our venue comfortably accommodates parties from 40 to 120 guests and is designed to make every event feel both elevated and welcoming. Excellent all the way around! Preston was phenomenal from start to finish. He responded promptly to my very first email and every one after that. When we met to go over the contract, he was attentive, easy to work with, and offered so many options to help us create the perfect menu for our bridal shower brunch.

We had my baby shower here over the weekend and it was phenomenal. The space was gorgeous and the food was so delicious! We were also very impressed by the level of service provided. We had last minute requests for a few things and they had everything we needed and were more than happy to accommodate us. They were incredibly attentive to all of our needs throughout the shower and all of our guests were complimenting their service and the food quality. Amber, their event coordinator, was also very responsive throughout the planning process. We highly recommend this venue for any event and will be keeping them in mind for future events.

We recently hosted a bridal shower at Union 212, and it was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, the management team was incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating. We threw in some last-minute changes, and they were very understanding, making the entire planning process stress-free and seamless.

Our standard room rental is for 4 hours. This does not include set up or tear down time.

Our standard slots are 11-3pm and 5-11pm. An all day room rental rate is available for $1500.

We can work with you to craft the menu to your needs. Up charges may apply.

Kids 5 and under eat for $15. Bar pricing is done on a case by case basis.

An $800 deposit secures the room. It is nonrefundable but is applied to the final bill.

Yes, we offer the championship buffet to schools and nonprofits.

First, we like to offer a tour to hosts who have not had the chance to visit the Union. This is a good opportunity to discuss details and see if the Union is the right fit for you. Second, after the deposit is paid and you secured the room for your desired date, you will have a meeting with our event coordinator to hammer out the finer details of your event.
